Our speakers will share their personal journeys, challenge common misconceptions, and offer practical, actionable advice on how to create a workplace that welcomes and supports people of all abilities.

This event is designed to help employers move past fear and uncertainty, and toward meaningful inclusion. Whether you're just starting out or looking to deepen your inclusive hiring practices, this session will leave you informed, inspired, and ready to take the next step.

Our event features three remarkable speakers, each bringing unique perspectives shaped by their lived experiences with disabilities:

• Gina Martin from Diverse Abilities: A passionate advocate for empowering individuals with disabilities through education and training. Gina will share practical strategies for promoting inclusivity and accessibility in your workplace.
• Madison Tevlin: An accomplished public speaker, actor, and model who has shattered stereotypes surrounding Down syndrome. Madison will inspire you with her journey and offer insights on embracing diversity in your company culture.
• Austin Hinchey: Captain of the Canadian national sitting volleyball team, Austin will share his story of resilience and determination, demonstrating the untapped potential within the disability community.
